Although the packaging was nice, they missed many obvious stains, which could have been easily removed. I'm honestly slightly upset, as this is not the kind of quality I expect when I'm spending almost 400 euros on cleaning just seven pieces. Update: They also tore one of my favorite silk scarfs. There are two large tears and one small tear. Conclusion: This place is a joke.
