Jason (the owner) not only performed the appraisal as he promised, but also delivered the job in record time! He gets an A+ in the following tasks 1) quick and reasonable appraisal 2) digging up 600 cubit feet of insanely dense roots and stumps both manually and with a sub-contracted bob cat 3) leveling an impossibly wonky backyard 4) being a professional.
