Next thing I know she is calling me back and she called one of her competitors to see if they had it and they did!!! She said they will mail it to her and she will have it in a couple days a lot faster then placing the order to Lionel. Now that's customer service. I live in WV and we don't have many hobby train stores in this state so also being from NC I reached out to Mike's Trains.
