I asked an associate to reiterate the sizes that were available, and he was rude and ended the sentence with, "as I told you over the phone." I then attempted to purchase the jacket and order the pants, utilizing my uniform voucher. They immediately declined the voucher and told me that I wouldn't be able to take the uniform with me the same day, because they wanted the payment from me right there and then; something about them not receiving the money from the Post Office on time; idk. But I left the store empty handed. I was very unsatisfied, I usually go to Fairfield Uniform and have no issues with my voucher. Decided to try them [New Eng.] and all that did was revert me to Fairfield Uniform; I won't be returning.
