Mind you, not a single item has been removed from my credit and Equifax and TransUnion won't even accept their dispute letters. I asked for proof of the $1,000 worth of work and he wouldn't send it. Instead told me they were too busy helping other customers to do so all while sending numerous emails arguing with me about my review and gaslighting me stating I scammed them. This company is 100% a scamming company. Look at all of the negative reviews that are hidden beneath hundreds of fake, positive reviews. Ready to start a class action lawsuit. This is a scam. I was given an amazing deal that they would give me a special deal to sign up for credit repair service with a 6 month full refund guarantee. I did the enrollment, but their portal kept screwing up my paperwork. I've had to upload the same paperwork over and over again. I've complained numerous times and nothing would happen. Then I received letters from Equifax and TransUnion stating that they were refusing MSI's dispute letters. After getting another email stating I was missing paperwork that I've submitted numerous times I requested a cancellation.i also stated how the credit bureaus are refusing the letters. They kept trying to keep me from canceling stating that the credit bureaus are just stalling and MSI is an industry leader and can overcome it. I demanded cancellation and they still kept trying to have me stay on. I demanded cancellation and they finally relented. I then requested a refund as they failed to uphold their guarantee and they refused stating I needed to stay on for the full 6 months and pay for 6 months of services.
