I originally just wanted to have them check the house for any leaks I couldn't detect due to excessive water usage/bill especially the last 3+ months. Well, we were just going to replace the guts of the tanks (we have 3 bathrooms), but they gave me an exceptional deal of installing 2 brand new toilets in the downstairs (original 25 year old toilets) and gut replacement on the upstairs toilet. Now I have two brand new quality toilets that flush like I've never seen in this house and the other (they said it's already been replaced and didn't need anything other than internal parts) works just as well! On June 22, 2021, after a consult, I signed a contract with ALL CLEAN and Brian Torres to pack, clean, store, and return contents to home. This work occurred between June 23, 2021 and June 25, 2021. We met with Brian in July to see the contents that he retrieved from the original restoration company. We inquired about missing items and he stated that he did not have them. At the end of July, no structural work had been conducted on the home and no contract for structural work had been furnished. Around July 22nd, I received an email from Mr. Torres stating that an invoice had been sent to my insurance company though no work had been reviewed. The insurance company contacted Mr. Torres and requested to send out the Contents Adjuster. On Aug. 4th, I received an email from the insurance company stating that Mr. Torres was denying the company access and Mr. Torres emailed that he would be placing a lien on our home. After emailing back and forth, he agreed to allow the Contents Adjuster to come on Aug. 11th and 13th. On the 13th that the items that Mr. Torres earlier denied being in possession of were discovered in his place of business. After an email exchange on Aug. 27th, Mr. Torres sent us a notice of intent to lien our home in early September 2021, again though no "labor had been performed or materials furnished were used in the erection, alteration, or repair of a building or structure" had been completed. Mr. Torres declined the insurance payment, refused to return our possessions, and filed a lien on our home. After hiring an attorney and 15 months later, Mr. Torres finally released the items in September 2022. We had to hire a moving company to return the items to our home. Upon receiving the items, the majority of the boxes, including kitchenware boxes, had packets of what appeared to be rodent deterrent. One of the boxes had what appeared to be rodent droppings. Three of the boxes were not ours. The refrigerator, which had been wrapped in saran wrap, had a dead roach in it. Several kitchen boxes had dishes which were covered in soot; one box had soot covered dishes, a packet of tuna, and a jar of peanut butter from when the fire occurred. One container had a dead adult roach, and one box had baby roaches crawling in it.

Our sub floor and island cabinets had to be removed and replaced, due to extensive water damage. I have never worked with a contractor that was early to most visits and truly took a personal interest in our situation. In addition to overseeing that everything was handled correctly by the other vendors, he provided valuable assistance with the claims adjuster and insurance company, ensuring we did not get taken advantage of. When all was said and done, Brian only charged us for the true labor and materials that were used, rather than the total amount that was given to us, based on his estimates. So, we actually had a little money left over after all the work was done. Most contractors would have billed for the entire amount available from the insurance company. The fact that Brian didn't is a greater reflection of how he conducts his business. We would highly recommend All Clean for any contractor needs.

It was a very quick and easy install. Price was fair and attractive relative to a plumbing outfit. Job was done flawlessly and everything works fine so far! We asked for quotes from a few OTHER outfits and provided all info and pictures. Most couldn't provide that info without wasting time and money to give us an "estimate" based on an on site visit, which would cost us money and make no difference. Murad was far more familiar and flexible. Our job was exactly what he expected. His work was exactly what we expected as well.

Wes used booties, brought equipment around to the back entrance ...not through the house. My husband was gone, but I felt completely comfortable and I Was Not Talked Down To in any way whatsoever. How refreshing. Right!?! I know. Pricing was fair and work guaranteed for a year. The reason I put finished in quotes is because I told him he was through. there was paint everywhere! on my floors, plantation shutters, crown molding, fixtures, light switches, you name it. his solution was to get it up with acetone! i hired a guy to try to fix it. He re-cut all the house and is now working on painting the trim (some of which required 2 coats because it had so much paint on it). he's also going to have to put a second coat on a couple of the rooms. For some reason, it looks like they thinned out the paint ! I can't express how upset and disappointed I am with the job. Zach admitted that mine was the first house he had done. The worst part is, he thought he did a good job. I have pictures I can share. Maybe he's good at something else, but I would never recommend him as a painter.

It's been about 9 months since the work was completed. (Let me also say that I am an older female recovering from a stroke, burst aneurysm, coma, etc and haven't been home from the hospital a year yet. I am NOT crawling under my house!) I had my foundation vents replaced, and the guy sent me pics of this company having cut the belly wrap for the under the house insulation under my master tub and NOT repairing any of it. Under the tub is just wide open. It also appears that the hall shower is leaking. It's a good thing it is not used regularly! I texted them the pics and asked for an explanation. I did not get a response. This mess cost me a lot of money, not to mention the laundry room wall (piece of drywall) they broke moving the master tub in and the many holes they put in my wall to "find" something. They never offered to repair that either. Now I get to pay someone to come in and repair their mess. Don't waste your money!
