He did actually talk to the landlord for 30 minutes, and then the landlord acted like none of that conversation took place. Yes, I'm a professional just like Dan so I understand the need for charges for work rendered. He could have easily charged us for all the spam and phone calls the landlord sent in a childish attempt to shoot up the charges, and the time it took for Dan's office to answer the phones. I blame the landlord for those and not Dan. Dan helped us come up with a plan to deal with the landlord, and what to do in handling the landlord in the future. We came up with a game plan as it were to deal with the landlord. I would recommend Dan to anyone needing a lawyer to deal with tenant issues or real estate. The charges are reasonable, especially when you consider the amount of work it takes to become an attorney, and the overhead they have to maintain for their office.
