He was incredibly caring throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer our questions, explain each step, and make sure everything was handled with dignity and respect. His personal attention made a very difficult experience much easier for our family. My parent was treated with reverence & respect. The process is seamless. There is follow- up. I highly recommend Neptune Society over any traditional funeral home.
