I can't thank her enough. We now have 2 cars and rental insurance with premiums cheaper than 1 of our cars. Lots of savings. Lots of love.

But there was a lot of back in forth, which I don't really care to do when it comes with these type of services. My experience with TK has been exactly what I want and need: professionalism with courtesy, straight forward communication, kept promises and prompt follow up. This is what I want and need with a broker. While I pray I NEVER have to file a claim, I feel comfortable with the way they handle me and business, that I would indeed be in good hands.

Stead and Fuller has been my insurance agent for about thirty years. I have never changed…read moreinsurance companies or insurance agents in all that time. I don't understand people changing something as important as your home or car insurance to save a couple of dollars. There are times when you need a local agent, who can help with claims and other issues that might arise. Joe Fuller has always gone to bat for me when I needed him, and now his associate, C.D. Denson, is doing the same. They are independent agents, and I feel like my premiums have always been fair, coverage is with a stable insurer, and the service has always been great. I don't want a cut-rate doctor, lawyer, or insurance agent. There are times when you need someone dependable with a good reputation. Five stars!

He helped us out tremendously...the customer service just can't be beat by anyone else!!
