One man and his wife completely destroyed our bathroom with no knowledge or skills in cutting marble. They stained our driveway in 4 places. They dumped garbage and cut up marble in our backyard. The husband and wife crew was not able to fix the bathroom to standards. The State Farm adjuster did not pay what we needed in personal belongings or property repairs in a timely matter. It was a complete botched job. They will lie and find ways to not pay the amounts that are owed. The agent has a fellow named David that laughs at you and makes light of the faulty negligence! Stay away from this insurance company. They do not care about the customer and all are getting paid under the table. We actually have proof!

We first knew Bob Ezekiel (God rest him), who was a fine and honorable man. After his passing, the same spirit of professionalism and kindness continued. We are grateful to Caroline Dorris Banky, Paul Jones, Emma Preston, Wilma, and Taylor. Each of them has helped us in meaningful ways over the years. Paul Jones came out to our home early one morning to take photographs for our homeowners insurance. Some might say that is simply part of the job, but we appreciated his willingness and professionalism. He has also helped when we had questions about roadside assistance and other matters. He has been steady and dependable. Emma Preston has assisted us with our auto insurance and has always been pleasant, both over the phone and in person. Caroline Dorris Banky and the rest of the team have consistently taken time to explain things clearly when they might otherwise feel technical or confusing. Wilma and Taylor have also been helpful and professional whenever we have worked with them. Parking is easy and conveniently located right at the door, which is something many people appreciate. The waiting room is very comfortable, the magazines are up to date, and the office is clean and welcoming. In the hot Alabama summers, it is cool and comfortable inside, and during the winter months it is warm and inviting. Communication has consistently been prompt, and we have always felt respected and never rushed. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel hurried or impersonal, this office stands out. We are grateful for each person there who has taken the time to help us. God bless ! -- Mark and Tim Elders
