Our entire home-buying process was not only remote but also occurred during the height of the covid-19 shelter in place orders around the country, so we would have been limited in the ability to physically see any listings, but it didn't matter what the circumstances were because Cathy made our virtual showings an easy and painless process. She took us on virtual tours of several listings and was very accommodating for our time zone (2 hrs behind her) to show us neighborhoods, local amenities, and houses themselves during what would have otherwise been late hours for her.
