I had tried to gain weight, and put on muscle for the previous 10 years before I met Michal, but always failed and lost motivation. What really impressed me was the fact that he was able to teach me things I had never considered before that are extremely important to keeping a young and healthy body. He is such a good motivator, and will never talk down to you or make you feel insignificant. My progress has always been consistent and continues to grow at a safe level. Shocked that every surface and bench was spotless and sweatless. Shocked at the lack of elderly men weighing themselves on a communal scale barefoot. Shocked that every piece of equipment was new, worked and was available during my private sessions. In only 30 minutes, Kris is able to push me to my absolute physical limits while also helping me focus mentally in our daily, early morning conversations. He customizes workouts to my injured shoulder, my bad back and my (no longer) fat ass, working with me to articulate goals and a path to success. After seven months of training with Kris, I have broken through barriers that simply wouldn't have been possible on my own at a traditional gym. He has also guided me to meet my nutrition goals and to form positive habits that keep my body fat low and my confidence in my appearance higher than ever. Thank you, Kris, for being such a consistent and effective coach. I look forward to each session, and the benefits I feel in the rest of my life that stem from your training are simply invaluable.

To be honest, I never felt I needed…read moreone, I went to the gym, did my little 30 minutes on the treadmill and maybe lifted some 5lb weights for 5 minutes. I met Ron at an orientation and we spoke about my fitness and what goals I had....at the time, it was just to be skinny ha! When it should of been, to become healthy, fit and lean. I have always tried to do things the easy way with different diets and quick fads...only to learn that the minute you are off of it, you just go back to where you started. I had a lot to learn. Ron offered my husband and I a free session and we took him on it. I had a goal...loose weight, get in shape for my 30th birthday (which was in less than 2 months). Ron did a full body assessment (that was scary), with our weight, fat measurements, etc....then he did a fitness test. Um, that was when my husband and I decided we needed to hire Ron. We thought we were in good shape but I thought I needed a heart defibulator after this fitness test! To make a long story short....unbelievably to me, I hit my goal weight in 2 months. I have never gotten so many compliments in my life from my family and friends. Even people that I didn't know at the gym approached me to tell me how good I looked as they had seen me progress through the months. Not only is Ron a highly trained and educated trainer, he knows all the aspects of healthy living...he has given me healthy meal plans (since I love to cook) and suggestions on what I should choose when eating out (I am a foodie and love restaurants). I would highly recommend Ron at Fearless Fitness to anyone and everyone, he is truly awesome (yes I used the word awesome ha)! Trust me, when you use Ron you will look great and feel great!
