Now, the one tire is still leaking. I go in at 1:00 and tell them it needs to be repaired again and they tell me "they're slammed" and he can't get to it until mayyybe 6:00. I said even tho you should have fixed it the first time? Mind you there was 1 car in the garage. I would expect them to feel the need to stand by their work instead of making me come back again to fix what they didn't repair the first time.

Today was my 6th visit to the Berlin location and again I was exceptionally pleased. I've had my alignment corrected, serpentine belt replaced, oil changes, and today a new battery replacement. Brian C is always friendly and speaks in layman's terms. Thomas is fantastic also. I don't feel the need to bring my husband with me for fear of being ripped-off, lady-style.
