About two months ago, my son brought his truck there for repairs. We were initially told it would take a week or two to get the parts and finish the job. They gave us a long list of supposed repairs, and we even paid in advance. However, what was promised in a couple of weeks turned into two months of delays, excuses, and a lot of stress. During this time, the shop acted as if they didn't want to return the truck at all, and we had to get the police involved. We even spoke to the local mayor about it.
