Alex is by far the most professional guy we have worked with - always communicates and shows up when he says he will (something that is hard to find). In addition to his work ethic, his work is excellent. We could not recommend him more, he was able to come into our home and fix all of the errors of the previous contractors. 5 STARS! You won't regret giving Alex a call!

The price was extremely overstated and the work was incomplete! I highly recommend a second opinion as well! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and unfortunately it's construction companies like them that give the others in that scope of work a bad name. I have made it my personal mission that this company does not do any more work at my Marina and take advantage of any of my friends or fellow boat owners like they did to me. Their company was a subcontractor in the project, but they were not invisible, as other subs were. On the contrary, they were very responsive when the project ran into issues not of their making but required extra effort on their part. Because of mistakes made by others, they had to remove and relay some newly laid tile, not once, but twice! They answered all my questions and the quality of their work was outstanding. They were able to recommend flooring that perfectly matched the tiles I wanted for the walls. I trust them and highly recommend them and their employee, Lanas. Their prices were reasonable and competitive.

Excited to use local company for cabinet and counters install at our tiny studio condo. Said timing…read morewas important, and salesman assured 1 week schedule once cabinets delivered (4-6 wks). Cabinet install began 7wks later. But workmen caused negligent damage, they lost outlet covers and other hardware, and left installation trash. Most importantly, company delayed and delayed finishing job. Our manager and us both contacted company by phone and email multiple times about repairs, replacements, and clean up. We reiterated that time was of the essence, and continued asking for prompt completion. Instead, company ghosted us. Delays in finishing minor job (bathroom and hallway cabinet) resulted in lost rental income, and repair costs. In the end, the company offered to discount about a third of our actual costs from this fiasco. Not worth it.

We contracted with Arista Builders for a master bath remodel. We were sold the story that this…read morecontractor would back their work and any problems would be addressed immediately. So to begin - we, the customer, did the total demolition - they started with stud walls and ceiling, the concrete demo was accomplished per Arista's / Marks specs, they had to remove nothing except their trash they made day to day. Length of job 5 months - started in June finished October. So we could go in detail as to all that went wrong and Mark will probably dispute each and every claim we make, but in the end if proof is needed we have pictures of the work and the bogus receipts we received upon request. The sub-contractors this company uses are deplorable from the sheet rocker (Mitch Smith Drywall and repair), to the electrician (Get wired electric), the countertop company (PGI professional granite installations), the building supply store (Pittman Pea Ridge Cash and Carry) and the cabinet builders / installer (Solid Solutions Custom Cabinet). Not one of them gave a detail invoice even though we requested them as such. We have come to the conclusion that using a general contractor business at this day and age is just not worth the money or time
