Cloverly, Maryland - From your device Update location Terms Chiloh Shelton Local Guide·85 reviews·26 photos We had them put rails up on our front porch almost 6 months ago...initially we thought they did a great job and were happy with our decision as we had a bad experience with another company. He reassured us that they use qreat quality. However, not even a month later the rails started peeling really bad and rust was all over our steps! I told them a month later about it and they said they would come back and fix it...that was February. It is now almost June and I have asked nicely for them to come and fix it. They keep giving me reasons why they can't and now they are ignoring my calls/text. At this point, I should get a refund or May have to take them to court. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY...quality, customer service and honesty is lacking. UPDATE: It's been EIGHT MONTHS as of August 27th, 2024 and they still have not fixed their work! They told me a month ago they were coming last week and they never did so I have no choice but to take them to court
