Avoid doing business with Dicus Enterprises. Mr. Dicus agreed to fabricate and install window…read moresecurity bars. Took the standard half up front that most reputable fabricators ask for but then failed to complete the four-window project. Mr Dicus stopped responding for several months. Then finally installed one simple set of window bars to a single window. I would avoid this business at all cost. Mr Dicus took money and never completed his contract. I do not know if the previous reviews were planted but his action constitute theft. I have started a Better Business Bureau complaint but I just wanted to warn anyone else. Dicus web site also looks professional but has no true contact information or place of business.
