He completed a thorough pre training interview with me and got straight to work on planning my sessions. I have been training with Bryn for 4 months twice a week, and I feel great. I already reached my initial target, but now I know he can get me to that next level of not only looking good but feeling conditioned, strong and 'well'. Bryn provides a carefully considered training program that makes me work hard. He's not too soft, but also isn't the Sargent major trainer that will make you not want to go back! He takes great pride in his work and invests a lot of time outside of the gym to make sure he is delivering a personal experience that will get results, he will quickly become a huge part of your life! On top of being great to work with in the gym (without being shamed into feeling awful about yourself) Bryn is genuinely a very 'good guy', a pleasure to be around and I would highly recommend him. Also the food is bad and the service is AWFUL, resulting in messy tables, generally piled up with cups and plates. On the other hand, the children, ranging from ages 10months to 6 yrs, seem to love it. They love the food, due to it being sandwiches and crispswhich child wouldn't??We always find it reasonably priced. The parking is a nightmare, as its in a busy industrial area it's always busy and lots of cars moving about. My children have all been to parties there too, which they all seem to enjoy. These also seem to be a fair price. If they could get more staff to clean up a bit, and sort out the parking this place would be loads better.
