I can't put in words how absolutely sickening and terrible I felt, an immense fear that I may have lost my HOME. Immediately I cut my vacation and flew back. Our plummer's (Hendricks) recommended the Mitigation Co. (RestoPros - also Fantastic service). I asked the mitigators if they could refer me to any good contractors to get estimates for my insurance. They mentioned they worked with 2 or 3 (don't quote me) contractors but APEX they recommended highly. They kindly set that up. A few days later, Amy from APEX reached out. Beau and Amy are highly professional, very detailed and informative (she even avised me about some of my rights as a Home owner). I've never had to file a claim or had such a disaster happen to me, so my knowledge and experience in these matters is limited. What I thought I signed for as a quote - was in fact a contract, my misunderstanding alone. BUT Amy was never mean, pushy or upset when I phoned to explain. In fact, she was kind and expressed immense understanding, reassuring me that everything was fine. That we had to do what's best for our Home and family and if we choose them, she'd be more than happy to speak to my husband for further plans. What graciousness and humanity!
