I then decided I would contact the President, Richard Wolfe to vent my frustration. I thought Rick would side with one of his managers and not address my concerns. It was quite the opposite. He listened to what I had to say and immediately corrected the problem to my satisfaction. He actually exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to do business with this bank again. Outstanding service and personal attention at all levels of the organization.

I would go less than one star if possible! I opened an account less than a week ago and transferred…read moresome money from my previous bank and the check was marked as fraud. Rather than inform me they closed my account without telling me. Fast forward to two days trying to deal with this and I finally get a call in to them and they say within 30 days your accounts will be closed and you need to come get your balance. Do not bank with them if you don't have to! No apology or answer other than we can start you a new account if you like! Hard pass!!
