Our builder was informed about it, but didn't do anything to fix it, especially that it was an urgent issue with my dad. Anyways, so we found Legacy Landscape & Design. The crew was Adam, Corey, and Jake- and some others too. Came to do work mainly in November and finished in December. Very pleasant, and Adam made sure to communicate with my dad and did so effectively. Very pleasant, and they did an amazing job adding a driveway of sod, and adding rocks to make the water runoff look pretty! They were reasonably priced too, always showed up, and is pleasant. highly recommend! They also do pools as well! Attached is a before and After photo, because I can't quite describe exactly what they did, but looks lovely and so much better!

I called, spoke with Justin who apologized and assured me they'd write me a check to cover the overpayment. 2 months later, zip, nothing, nada. They dont answer my calls, texts, or emails. It would take me hours to repair and realign the system after they left. I took photos on all three occasions and sent them in but to no avail. The contract they gave me explicitly states that they will pull weeds if they "get out of control", otherwise they will spray them. Some of our weeds were over four feet tall! I could not get anyone to call me until I refused to pay. Even then, their response was to blame me for not having them come more frequently than once per quarter. So be aware, they may trash your property, breach the contract and then blame you for not spending more money with them.
