The haircut was awful and the color was worse. The color was concentrated on the top of my head and was not the color I wanted. When I told her I hated it, she said I could come back on Saturday and try to fix it. I told her know because I didn't want her ruining my hair by dying it over again. She still charged me $200.00 and never apologized.

Applied alcohol to them and they went about like nothing happened. Sunday I picked up a box of cards, not even a heavy one and used my entire hand not just my nails and one broke right off. I expected to go back and pay for maybe one as their hours state they are open Sunday, only to find them not open. Went somewhere else had the whole set removed and redone and the woman at the new salon felt awful for me because of how destroyed my hands were and how poorly the nails were done.

I wanted two colors, pink on one foot and green on the other. Then pink dots on the green and green dots on the pink. I had a picture and I was trying to show the lady but she wouldn't look at it and proceeded to paint my nails both green. I tried to stop her but she start yelling "hang on" and cured them before I could get her to stop. The manager came over and asked me what the problem was and I explained to her what I wanted and she had the lady change the color. The lady look at me to see if I was paying attention and paint on top of the mistake. I tried to say something about it but I was then ignored. At this point I don't want to be here anymore. The manager takes over and does the dots and she didn't want to see the picture either she just proceeded to do it. She asked if it was okay but I want to leave so I agreed. When I got up to the counter to pay it was $65 when it's listed $55. I asked why and they said it was because of the dots. I said do I get anything off since ITS MY BIRTHDAY? Ugh I really wanted to like this place

Honestly, I wouldn't even have taken the time to write this review if my concerns were heard in a…read moretimely and professional manner by management/ THE OWNER. I'm not going to name the stylist because she was very sweet and kind throughout this experience. On 10/14 I spent over $200 for a service I did not receive. I came into the salon as a professionally colored brunette with some roots showing. After a consultation with my stylist, we agreed to touch up my roots and add lighter pieces up to my roots and the majority of my lower hair for a full balayage with a natural grow out look. After my next shower and straightening my hair, I realized that my roots had NO color, there were harsh horizontal lines all over my head, and a large section of the hair on the back of my head had NO color. I emailed the salon requesting a refund. In response, I received an Instagram message from the stylist offering color correction at no charge. I kindly denied not wanting to risk the health of my hair with lightener and bleach more, in addition to not feeling comfortable with the quality of service I would receive and having to find child care for over 4 hours again or take off time from work. She said she would let the owner know my decision. I emailed the salon 3 more times after that with no response. I messaged the stylist again on Instagram requesting that the owner call me by end of day or I would come to the salon in person to resolve this. The owner called me 11/1 and she was MEAN. She told me that my poor result was my fault after needing so much color correction in the first place... I simply had an even brown hair color..? The color correction I need is because of the terrible service I received at her establishment.. She told me they don't offer refunds, and became very defensive when I calmly mentioned my concerns about not wanting to further risk the health of my hair or get childcare for 4+ hours again. Her response to that was that she has been in the business for over 20 years and has never had a balayage take less than 4 hours. Okay, fair.. I just was explaining why I would prefer not coming back and time was one of many reasons. I asked 3 times why she didn't reply to my emails and it took her over 2 weeks to finally respond with this phone call. She eventually said that she was "busy doing business things yesterday". That call ended with me in tears. I just wanted my concerns to be noted, not to be belittled by the owner. Photos are what I asked for and agreed with the stylist on doing at the consultation vs what I received.

She hadn't even started yet though so it wasn't just that it all needed time to take. The lash lift didn't even take. (Yes, I followed all of the before and after care instructions. I'd don't it before with a different salon and didn't have any issues) The second time I went in to get my hair and makeup done and when I got there the person I'd talked to when booking the appointment had only booked me for a consultation so a month later when I got there I was turned away. I got my parents a massage gift certificate for them, decided to just take the loss rather than give it to them because I didn't want to send them somewhere where I'd had multiple bad experiences.
