Rule 1
No more than 10 minutes from skiing.
Our properties don't all necessarily have to be ski-in/ski-out, but they do have to be less than 10 minutes from a lift. Our buyers are happy driving a few miles to ski when it means the purchase price is less than half the exact same units at resorts.
Rule 2
Views.
On views, we will never compromise. If you want to fully enjoy living int he country's #1 mountain city then being able to see it matters. The snow-capped peaks, the brilliantly colored leaves, the occasional moose.
Rule 3
Townhomes and Condos!
Some homeowners prefer to own large lots so they can mow their own grass and shovel the snow. But there are plenty of other people that are just fine with letting the HOA take care of it! Buying a townhome or condo means you're going to have neighbors, but Park City neighbors are the best! Living in a community with other people that appreciate mountain living like you do turns out to be a good thing.

We're the developers and the builders
We purchase the land, we do the entitlement work, we complete the infrastructure ourselves, we build each and every home, and we market and sell everything with our own team! There are no middlemen. Every bit of that cost savings is reflected in our prices. This is the real secret to our success. It also means we have the flexibility to customize a home to just about anything that suits our buyers' needs.
History
Established in 2009.
When Mark 25 Homes came to Park City in 2012 our goal was to offer luxury homes at a price that made people wonder how we were doing it. Five years later and we've been the number one seller every year since we started. And it stills makes us happy every time we see a Park City resident visiting one of our models, scratching their heads, with that look on their face like, "What?!! At these prices, you still have Viking Appliances?"
