But the main reason for my 5 stars is their maple candy. Made with with their own maple sugar it's some of the best I've ever tasted (and I always get maple candy in VT, ME, anywhere I find it). Melts in your mouth and strong maple flavor--a must try!

The stores attendent was amazing and clearly very passionate about his job. He talked about the different ways to use the olive oils in cooking, marinating, and even as a salad dressing. They give small samples and were very generous, we probably tried at least 5 different vinegars. We ended up getting the Umeboshi Plum and Key Lime White Balsamic Vinegar. We took it home and are obsessed! We will probably order more from their website when we run out. FYI there is a 3% service charge for using a credit card so cash is preferred!
