These haven't been around much since 2-3 years ago, so it's not the most easiest to find a place that sells replaceable coil tanks that are compatible with it.... especially since it seems that tanks that work under 10w are supposedly in less demand. The woman in the shop (whom I've complimented wearing the Barbell Brigade hoodie! Very awesome) was extremely helpful and courteous. I mean she was very sweet and really made sure I got what I need and wanted. Made great suggestions on the e-juice I was shopping for. Out of the many already well-established vape shops in south street, she was one of the very few who was as polite and comforting during my visit. I hope people really recognize that this vape shop is great, has a wonderful selection of e-juice, and top-notch customer service! Hopefully more people notice this shop as well, because people can easily miss this place as it's right under Fat Tuesdays There are some gap shops with sales people who give off this vibe that makes you feel as though you don't know what you're talking about or something, and push for the expensive options... or sort of talk down on the vape box or mod you might have in order to encourage upgrades. Helped save a lot of money and at a safer level of nicotine.

Val was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about their products in the store and Tammy was equally as knowledgeable and assisted in helping me choose the vape for my needs . Although the aesthetic wasn't as nice and "comfortable " as it used to be , the whole vibe in there with the personalities of the employees is still pretty cool.

And to be fair, they did have some cool options, a few new brands, and unique finds I hadn't come across before. Definitely a good spot if you're into wellness and herbal products it helped to take some time and read up on a few things. When we first walked in, the vibe seemed friendly and calm. My family and I (just the three of us) were really just browsing, not touching everything, and stayed together. But the energy shifted a bit. Only one older staff member acknowledged us--but she also seemed to be following us. We'd change aisles, and she'd change aisles too. At one point I asked, "Are you following us? If so, can you help me find the chlorophyll?" She did show us, but the experience rubbed me the wrong way. The price wasn't clearly marked as member-only, which I only realized later. Then, after she left, another staff member appeared in the same area--which made me feel profiled. Not a great feeling. At checkout, I gave my number to sign up for the membership, thinking I'd get the discount but I never received it, and no one explained why. Left feeling confused and a bit disappointed. This was just my personal experience, and maybe others have had better luck. But as someone who values both wellness and respectful service, this visit left me feeling a little let down.
