The 3 member crew arrived on time and proceeded in a very organized and professional manner. The entire crew was courteous and left the lawn in a clean manner . I had an emergency two years ago and and they came right away and were great.. They took down a very large maple near my den roof in a commanding way. My yard and all was fine. SO this year, I wanted three very large trunk removal spaces to grow grass better than on the wood chips. The contact says, They would take off the mulch, take down the tree, remove 1 foot of chips, add dirt, top soil, seed and straw. GUESS what... since June 4th, until August 4 all I have is weeds, some 2 feet high. I watered everyday, with out any instructions from them. The supervisor came out, added more seed. They take NO responsibility for the very large plots of weeds. DO NOT hire this landscaping service. I got three bids, they were the middle bid, $1,600 for weeds. As a 78 year old woman, I feel taken advantage of and this work was a sham. Do NOT HIRE this Landscaping group.
