I have used the Lenk Tree service for the past two years. They are timely, efficient and do a…read moregreat job for the price. I had an emergency two years ago and and they came right away and were great.. They took down a very large maple near my den roof in a commanding way. My yard and all was fine. SO this year, I wanted three very large trunk removal spaces to grow grass better than on the wood chips. The contact says, They would take off the mulch, take down the tree, remove 1 foot of chips, add dirt, top soil, seed and straw. GUESS what... since June 4th, until August 4 all I have is weeds, some 2 feet high. I watered everyday, with out any instructions from them. The supervisor came out, added more seed. They take NO responsibility for the very large plots of weeds. DO NOT hire this landscaping service. I got three bids, they were the middle bid, $1,600 for weeds. As a 78 year old woman, I feel taken advantage of and this work was a sham. Do NOT HIRE this Landscaping group.

So yes these guys are obviously not knowledgeable about how to cut down trees. He did cut down the…read moretree and hauled it away at about 1/2 of what others wanted to do the job. He broke our steps and left holes in the driveway which to have fixed didn't cost $1,600 (difference between him and others). I contacted him today to ask about the tree that was next to the one he cut down a year ago and he wants $3,800. For $3,800 that's what his competitors want to do the job so why would I use this guy??? For that price I will call someone that doesn't cause property damage and that I don't have to worry about someone getting hurt or killed on my property.

Do not recommend as follow up is slow or nonexistent. Update - the quote was 1100 for mulch only when I had asked for updates to remove items as the creeping juniper did not meet what I had asked for - pricing doubled. This is less then 2.5 yards of mulch. When I asked for clarification owner did not reply and only offered a time to connect when I was not available. No taxes ever got discussed (screenshot of text attached - cash payment can be different with credit card charges - it is not illegal to ask this). Due to my lack of confidence during the quoting process I found a great company to use instead of this one!
