They were following safety precautions- counting customers in/out & encouraging spacing... there were also directional floor stickers that were regularly ignored. Staff were incredibly friendly and each one we crossed not only greeted us, they also made small talk, without being overly intrusive. Staff were in masks, as were about 50% of patrons. Self-checkout, do no cashier interaction to rate. We were pleased & would shop here again.

She told me twice that even if she could do something it would be a hour away. I didn't care how long it took She had no customer service skills for someone in her position and you would think someone of her age would. Health care professionals she was not. More like she climbed up from the depths of hell. I would never even visit this store or pharmacy ever ...... And there was no one in line.. not even busy Not compassionate.. just a rude ol biddy lady .. should retire and stay home hating life

Incorporated in 1984, Center of the Nation Wool is a way-point between the wolves and sheep's clothing; around 1500 ranchers across the upper plains bring wool in for grading (at a lab in a Denver Colorado) and distribution (to garment makers all over the world.) We had a broken hinge on a chime wall clock door, and we were not able to find a replacement hinge…read morethrough clock repair or hardware stores, or even Amazon. But Ron Stearns at RMS Jewelers in Spearfish took the time to carefully repair the hinge, and now our clock is back on the wall, ticking away. While I was waiting, I looked through their amazing shop, filled with gorgeous jewelry they create in-house, as well as beautiful gift items for the home.

The staff here was super helpful and informative. The exhibits are amazing!. I honestly feel like I have paid for tours and museums that weren't as nice as this visitor center and it's free. There are clean bathrooms and they even have Wi-Fi available .They have all kinds of information on anything that you could need. Interactive exhibits. Coffee for guests. I mean, I definitely feel welcomed to Wyoming and I am looking forward to the days adventures.
