Ok, these reviews are the opposite of my experience! I dealt with Hope Mcdonnell in February, and I…read moresuppose my credit wasn't good enough for the loan she offered. So, she sent my information to a very reputable, predatory, and extremely high-interest company called Marine Credit. Hope communicated everything via email, and we never have a phone call through this initial transaction. The representative at Marine Credit Union, her name was Chris Pace, explained why Hope sent me to her and that I was at least owed a conversation with Hope. From February to April, I worked extensively on removing things from my credit and increasing my score by virtually 100 points. So, Marine Credit Union advised that I qualified for a traditional home loan and could no longer help me. So, I was sent back to Hope, and everything seemed good. We finally had a conversation, and it seemed like we were on track to obtaining a mortgage through them. Now, it's been a week, and I have left about five messages and sent two text messages to Hope and have gotten nothing back from her. She has repetitively run my credit and hasn't explained why or what the result of these credit runs produced. I have even tried to call the office, and they do not answer the phone. At this point, I'm worried that I have given someone all my personal information, and she has essentially ghosted me during the process. Stay away, far away, from this company! Update: After saying that I would leave a negative review about my experience on Google and Yelp, Hope finally responded back and left me these messages via text. "I'm sorry John. I'm on Physical Therapy. I tore my Achilles. I don't usually discuss my personal life. I apologize. I will tell the girls to stop your file." Then: "I do work on 100% commission, so to say bad things about me on Yelp and Google would be very unfair. You can call my company and complain."
