The atmosphere is, well, a reflection of the rest of the shopping centre and not the result of anything the shop itself has done. It's really fairly nondescript, but it's a hell of a lot better than it's surroundings. There's a fair bit of seating available, and it generally isn't that big a deal if you sit down with a loaded trolley next to your table. Coffee here is alright. It's never been awful, and occasionally been really good, but usually it's just average. The people who run the shop are nice enough. Bottom line is that it's convenient and generally alright.

I went in there to get a toasted sandwich for lunch and ordered a chicken and avocado. I was waiting for 10 min for this sandwich and I watched the chefs. They slapped on "some" avocado and "some" chicken and that's it, no cheese no nothing. Over cooked it, slapped on some butter, shoved it in a bag and threw it near the counter. Then I had to wait until the girls found it to give me said sandwich. And what I paid for this service? $11...for a toastie...$8 I understand because chicken is expensive but $11?
