I developed a serious ice dam on my roof .... on Christmas day!!!! Of course! My carpet was soaked and water was seeping along my whole ceiling line on one wall. Chris came out within 30 minutes of being called ... again, on Christmas day!!! He braved a huge snow pile, got his ladder up somehow and was on the roof in no time. He broke up all the ice and removed the snow in the affected area. Not once did he seem grumpy about coming out on such an important family day. He was professional and so so kind. I am so grateful for his care! read more

Builder very rarely was on site himself and allowed his two inexperienced labors, to perform important functions, unsupervised, Windows, exterior doors, interior door framing, decks were improperly installed and never addressed. Subpar workmanship through out. They screwed up everything they touched, and charged twice for the couple repairs they tried to fix. MC took almost $30k in contracting fees and abandoned the project 75% complete, in disarray. Bad news
