She is knowledgeable and will always offer advise as to what you require or how to make something look better. But she will not force her ideas on to you. I find its always good to get a second opinion on work before its too late. The price's are very reasonable and the premises are very bright and clean. If anyone was thinking of having work done for the first time, or just adding to existing work, I can think of no better place than Bodyart Studios to have it done.

I was 16 when i had my trifoce (a symbol from an old nintendo game i had grew up with) put on the back of my neck. I walked in the studio to be greeted by the owner, who to this day is still there running operations and acting as the main tattoo artist. The shop is clean and well looked after, your greeted by a busy desk full of design when you enter with the owner slaving away over clients designs, while the studio is through the back and is quite spacious, 2 chairs in there so dont be surprised if theres someone else in the room while your getting ink. (though im sure if this is a problem it can be worked away and something more private can be sorted) My tattoo was clean and done with care, he eased me into it and all in all the experience was good, though i often forget about the tattoo (as its on the back on my neck) ill always remember my first.

I don't have any work from Spider myself but I know plenty of people who have. I have also watched him tattoo. The work he does is of a high quality - I've seen great script he has produced as well as ultra smooth black and grey work and photorealism . Prices are cheap for the quality of work, and he is good with his customers, an important quality when you are practising an art as intimate as tattooing. If you're looking for ink you could a hel of a lot worse than going to Spider, but be warned - he is usually booked up quite a while in advance, so a spur of the moment tattoo might not be possible.
