John Park Law - attorney John Park

John Park Law

Gary Ebersbach was our attorney, and just went above and beyond since our meeting with him. The whole firm has been so accommodating, understanding, and willing to help every step of the way. If you're looking for a responsive, compassionate and informative attorney this firm is it. Most importantly my mom was able to have such a peace knowing her affairs were order.

I came in with my mother expecting a straightforward family trust setup, and the experience was…read moreextremely unprofessional and uncomfortable from the start. The attorney, John Park arrived more than five minutes late to our scheduled meeting. When he finally came in, he was not cordial at all and immediately acted rushed, as if we were an inconvenience. His tone was dismissive and hostile rather than welcoming or professional. Almost immediately, he told me--very abruptly--that I needed to leave the room because my older brother was involved in a disinheritance issue. He refused to clearly explain why or give me context, and instead spoke in what felt like a threatening manner, repeatedly saying things like, "If you want my help, you need to leave," and "If you don't want my help, you're welcome to leave." I was deeply concerned because my mother was being asked to make serious legal decisions, and I felt it was important for the attorney to understand our full family situation and assets. I also felt uneasy about the possibility of my mother being pressured into signing something without proper discussion. Instead of addressing these concerns, the attorney became increasingly confrontational. Eventually, his boss entered, and I overheard him explaining the situation in a way that made it seem like he had done everything he could, blaming my presence for the issue and claiming it could "end up in court" simply because I was there. So I grabbed my documents and left. As we were leaving he said "good luck finding another attorney that will help you in this matter". Overall, this was a stressful, intimidating experience that lacked basic professionalism, empathy, and clear communication--especially for something as sensitive as family estate planning. I would not recommend this firm to anyone looking for a calm, respectful, and transparent attorney-client experience.

Let me first start with a very enthusiastic "Thank You" to Ryan Johnson, of the Law Offices of…read moreJohnson & Johnson! Kudos to his staff as well. I am extremely pleased and satisfied with the outcome of my case regarding my interest in my parents' Living Trust. Ryan was awesome from my first consultation meeting with him in April of 2016, and thru the entire process of my case, which is concluding now. He planned our strategy from the beginning, and was always on-point and timely with the execution of the necessary tasks. Throughout this whole process, he always kept me updated; and was always immediately responsive to my questions, and provided good guidance. This responsiveness, his ability to read the situation at hand, and his intuition, always left me with the peace of mind and confidence that I was in good hands and getting the best representation possible. For someone who worries as much as I do, it was such a relief to me to be able to just put my trust in Ryan and let him do his job. Great job Ryan!! I would strongly recommend him to others without hesitation. Professional, knowledgeable, considerate, responsive, and reasonable in cost. All the qualities you look for in an attorney. Many thanks again Ryan! Sincerely, R. Salazar

Made follow up calls asking what's the hold up, no response. Truly don't understand how they are in business. Bad, very bad.
