This Manger also had the audacity to say he was old enough to be my wife's father's when my wife had said what's your problem??? Adding that she should not speak to a man like that considering she's a female. We were then after refused service and unfortunately weren't able to purchase the clothes that was going to be donated after me and my wife were replying back to the manger in disbelief which made him more angry. I never care to leave reviews but this was unacceptable customer service.

Made it there with 10 minutes to spare just to find the door locked. Knocked at the door hoping someone would open and a staff member motioned that they were closed. The store is often severely unkempt (and smells bad). If Burlington can't maintain high quality service and honor opening and closing hours, at this location close the store earlier to give staff time to tend to it and prevent consumers like me from wasting our time.

I'm not really sure how this store remains open…read more It was fairly bare in the accessories and shoe departments. The racks were somewhat bare as well;however, what they had was decent. After perusing the store, I learned that most of the jewelry/accessories were locked up in a case, which I didn't quite understand. High theft maybe? They appeared to need more staff available to consumers. Can't say that I would purposely return.

He didn't greet us and the was stuffing everything thing in one bag. I had to ask for a second and third bag! I brought lots of soaps and lotions for easter baskets. Nevertheless I'll probably never come here again. I was hoping to have a good experience as I've had at other stores like this. The store was dirty!! Clothes, shoes, toys, towels etc all over the floor. I almost fell several times! I'm on crutches, so walking these days have been at little difficult! Im not expecting to have a Nordstrom experience. But I was really expecting a little more than this! If your going to have a filthy store at least have good customer service!! Sad to say both fell way below expectations this go around! They need to do some training!!!! Btw Google says this store closes at 11 it closed at 10 tonight!

The first employee at guest services told me I couldn't return them and went to confirm with another team member. Team member #2 informed me that while he could accept my Luvs diapers, I would have to take my Pampers back to the original store. When I asked why, he stepped away and said he would get his manager. When Manager Andrew finally arrived, his irritated expression made it clear he was not happy to help. He told me he wouldn't allow me to return any of the items. When I questioned why again, he became more irritated and explained the transaction was denied in the system, stating I would need a receipt. He was lying to me at this point because the previous team members only offered their knowledge and did not scan or start the return process. These items were gifts, and all I wanted was store credit to purchase bigger sizes. The manager assumed I was seeking a refund without asking any clarifying questions, and his tone was unnecessarily rude. When I asked for his name, he gave me a different one, which seemed dishonest. After I pointed out how unprofessional his behavior was, he told me he wouldn't assist me any further because of my comments. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a Target, and I have reported this incident to corporate regarding Andrew's behavior.

Unfortunately, not a single regular checkout lane was open--only self-checkout was available, and those machines only accepted debit or credit cards, no cash. Of course, I only had cash, so I was forced to check out at customer service. While it did take a little while, the wait wasn't extremely long. Still, the experience was inconvenient enough that going forward I'll be sticking strictly to online orders only, which is always a wonderful experience.

Forman Mills - Holes from the tags

I haven't been to Forman Mills since college (I'm not telling you how long ago that was. Mind your…read morebusiness... :). ) Back then, it was a great place to get cute, disposable clothes for cheap. It was basically lying Shein, before Shein was Shein. I didn't even know they were still around, but when I passed this one, I figured I'd stop and check it out. It certainly has the same minimalist look that I remember so well. Ahhhh...nostalgia. I was looking for a few lightweight tank tops and t-shirts for an upcoming vacation. Nothing fancy. Something colorful, breathable, lightweight, and disposable. I found a number of things that fit the bill, and even found items from a few brands I recognized, including New York and Company. I eventually headed towards the fitting room, only to find it blocked off with a sign saying it was temporarily closed. I had to chat with one of the cashiers and she told me that the fitting rooms are actually closed permanently. Since Forman Mills was bought by Shoppers World, they notified the employees that effective immediately, they were to permanently close both the fitting rooms and the restrooms. I don't know if this is because of rampant theft or what, there are massive signs hanging from the ceiling directing customers to both the fitting room and the restroom, and that neither of them are available to the public. And it's especially callous that only employees are allowed to use the restroom. There are more concerned about their inventory than they are about offering a common courtesy to customers. Fortunately, their return policy allows for returns within 30 days with the tags on in a receipt. So I was able to buy the items I was interested in, keep what worked, and return what didn't. Definitely not an ideal process and I could see how a lot of customers just wouldn't be bothered. Fortunately for them I had time that day. The cashiers themselves have no sense of urgency whatsoever. They also don't know how to prioritize time. After waiting in a short line for an exceedingly long period of time, I placed my items on the counter for checkout, only to find that the cashier has decided to move hangers to the rack and do some other things to tidy up her area after having us waiting for so long. The counter space was large enough that she did not need to do those things right away and she could have easily done them when the line died down. When I returned to the store to return the items I had purchased, the same cashier and another of colleagues were leaning against a piece of furniture behind the counter having a casual conversation while there were people waiting in line. There are people waiting to check out and these folks are looking right at them and continuing their conversation. Unacceptable. I walk over to the customer service line and get the nastiest look from someone who are later found out was one of the managers. She never acknowledge me never spoke, never said "Hey I'm helping another customer I'll be with you in a second". Just looked at me like I was ruining her day. After an impossibly long time, she finally acknowledged me with "What do you need?" I told her I'm here to make a return. She directed me to the next cash register over and was nasty and rude the entire time. I immediately reported that experience to management because someone who behaves that way should not be customer facing, and should definitely not be a manager. Aside from rude and unhelpful cashiers, I also hate how they damage the clothes Well inserting the tags. The original manufacturers put the tags under the arms or somewhere thicker that won't leave holes. However the staff here put them in the thinnest part of the garment, which leaves conspicuous holes. I don't know if they do this on purpose but it ruins a perfectly good garment. And regardless of how much we're paying for the garments, we deserve to receive them undamaged.

When I saw the store front of this place from a distance, I wanted to jump the curb, drive through the cars and park inside the store. I didn't because I know this behavior is shunned upon, but I sure wanted to! This location has a great variety of items including cosmetics, beauty items, accessories, clothing, shoes and more. I must admit the lines are long but that's also due to Covid restrictions so I won't complain. It's well worth the wait for the variety and quality of items found. I got a pair of shoes that were originally $150 for 70 bucks! I actually looked them up online because I wasn't familiar with the brand and boom, $150 online! They're so comfy (see pictured). I also appreciate that the price sticker comes off smoothly. In the past I've needed hired staff to get the sticky stuff off from the tape!! Lol I also appreciate their line of Philosophy Beauty/ Bath items. I am definitely a Nordstrom Rack Snob and I can't wait to return back! This location is now in my Top 2!
