Paul and his team focus on giving a great customer experience, and they certainly deliver.
From the warm friendly greeting you get from the young ladies working behind the counter to the professional treatment you get from the team of physio's, (I've been to other places where the in hand treatment was 10min and time divided between 3 clients) not here. One in one treatment, with full attention for the hour, this experience was/ is very positive.
The atmosphere is always full of fun and energy, with happy staff willing to have a laugh & chat, there is music playing in the background to listen to, and the overall positive, caring nature between everyone for everyone is incredible to see and to be part of.
The staff interaction is a positive experience, the mutual respect they have for each other is a value you don't see in a lot of business' and it is definitely a glowing reflection on the owners, they have built a thriving business where their staff want to come to work each day and their clients want to come back.
Body Leadership not only has a great physio business, Paul and his team also volunteer their time in the community. You will regularly find Paul and few his team at either Southbank or New Farm park runs on a Saturday morning. Holding stretch and cool down sessions before & after the runs as well as offering free advice to help relive some of those niggling aches and pains.
I highly recommend Body Leadership for superb customer experience, a great caring attitude, exceptional teamwork, value for money, and all in all a great family / community to be part of.
I feel valued every time I walk through the doors and I don't mind the 35min drive each week to visit Paul and his team.. Call and make an appointment, they will do their very best to fit you in at a time that suits you. Working into the early evenings most evenings.
