We've had bifana a few times and are happy every time, we're not picky at all, but this was genuinely the hardest and driest, most inedible pork I've ever eaten in my life. We asked if there was any way we could get anything else. They took 20 minutes to get back to us, then brought the chef out. She said she refuses to make anything else or lower the price by any amount because "she made it as she made it", so we ended up paying 20€ for nothing. Such a weird experience honestly.
