I was told by several breeders of corgis you should never trim them because there coat will not grow back the same. I called Snooty'sand to my amazement they got me in the next day!! They did a BEAUTIFUL job of grooming and giving her a trim under the belly and on her bum. The products they used made her smell good but left her coat feeling so soft!! My dog (9 year old Lab) and she has Kennel Cough. I call and complained about this situation. All I got was rude answers that I had signed a release, kennel cough precautions (like vet injections) don't work, etc. All excuses, but never did I hear an apology. Kennel cough is spread by dirty kennels, dirty water dishes and exposure to other dogs who have it. Bottom line is that I will find another place to board my pets when I travel.
