However, I brought this up to my contact at Fount Media (John), and he promptly took action to find resolution. We agreed on solution and all is well now. Fount Media made a wrong into a right. **I cannot comment on the value of their lists compared to others, but I can say that the list we received (2600 QTY) was not ideal for our needs, but again, Fount Media acknowledged this and salvaged the situation.

So I looked for another promo merchandise business and found ACTIVE IMPRINTS. Immediately I got a great account mgr - Diane Reznik. She was so responsive, helpful and pleasant. Diane found a place to purchase the mint biz cards, cheaper by 40 cents per packet! I was under deadline because I needed to replenish my stock to attend a Bloggers Conference. Diane assured me Active Imprints could get them delivered in time and they did. The whole experience was easy and seamless and the mint cards look exactly the same as what I had before.
