I recently participated in a resume consult with Tim. I thought 15 minutes was not enough time. I…read morewas mistaken. Tim covered more ground in those 15 minutes than I probably do in a 30+ minute run. This was, of course, possible because he requested my resume when I scheduled the appointment. Not only did he review my resume prior to the session, he asked questions about my professional history, learned about my goals, and provided feedback. He provided insight, and persuaded me, to stop trying to scrunch my experience into just one page. He provided many visual examples (definitely appreciated them) and helped me find some key phrasing for describing my strengths. He also explained how I can help the hiring manager see how my current goal to pivot my career is a logical one. In the end, I was provided with a resume template. Honestly? I felt invigorated by the whole process, and ready to take on the world. It allowed me to revamp my resume so that I could finally start applying for new jobs. If you need help with your resume, or struggling to highlight how you excelled at your last role, I would definitely contact Next Jump to aid you.

In 2009-2010 I was struggling to make any sales and real commissions to support my family. I took the hit and invested into Sandler Training and my whole career changed. I started making so many sales that the Owner of our company asked me to start teaching our reps and he paid me $400/month to do this in addition to my already growing commissions. If you have trouble selling I highly recommend you visit Sandler. If you own a company that has ANY salespeople you should look at Sandler. This is 100% the best program I have found that makes the biggest impact on sales. The best part is you can be yourself and you don't need to "Act' or use any closing techniques.
