My oldest is a junior at an Ivy League university and she has a 3.8 in college. Edison prepared her well for taking tough classes in college like calculus, economics and biology. She loved taking fine arts classes like orchestra and painting and playing varsity tennis. My youngest is at Edison now and she loves it as well. We are grateful to the educators at Edison for all the hard work they do to invest in our children!

I was there for only 4 years until graduation. I was lucky enough to receive a full scholarship for tuition and living expenses ($60,000) to a highly rated Private liberal arts college in New York, so I believe I was somewhat prepared. However, I had an undiagnosed auditory processing and aphasia learning issue which in those days was just swept under the rug. I took advantage of my time at college then moved abroad so I am unsure whether I could say my education from Edison was great. It was public school sink or swim.

I take my wife and kids here almost every week. Let me tell you, when they say "quality careers", they mean it. These guys consistently serve up some of the highest quality careers in the area. No matter what I order, I'm always astounded. (Make sure to get there on Thursdays for the 'Career Readiness' special) Don't get me wrong though, there are some downsides here. For instance, I've never been to any other restaurant where you have to "enroll" before being allowed to eat there. And the hours are ridiculous!! (only open from 1:10 - 1:30pm?!? seriously... you gotta be kidding me!!!) Staff is usually friendly, but I wish the service were a bit better. One time, I waited at a table for a full 6 hours before I was asked to leave the building. Not used to a restaurant having security officers.

In the last couple of years they have put in new windows and restored Will Rogers High School as a gem in the Tulsa Art Deco tiara! It is famous art deco and is in all the art deco books! It is on the National Register. As far as the education part of Rogers, it provided a much better education when it was built because the parents knew the value of their children becoming educated. That is no longer the way parents of current students view education.....mini soap box! BTW, with additions, they maintained the same Art Deco style. Yay! The Tulsa Public School gives intermittent tours of this school.
