My child was frequently sent home dirty with a wet diaper. We also had several bouts of diaper rash that never returned once I pulled my child. One teacher would show up and do her hair and makeup in the class while the kids played. Might be ok for some but not a place I would leave my child.

DO NOT GO TO THIS "ESTABLISHMENT"…read more I arrived at this so-called establishment around noon, expecting a warm meal and quality service. What I received was nothing short of an absolute disgrace. First and foremost, the decor was appalling. It was as if someone had tried to replicate a prison cafeteria, but with the added charm of motivational posters and gum stuck under the tables. The fluorescent lighting gave the whole space the ambiance of a DMV waiting room, and the chairs were clearly designed for someone half my size. Not exactly the welcoming environment I was hoping for. Now, onto the service--or lack thereof. I seated myself at an empty table, assuming this was a casual dining experience. I waited patiently for a menu. Five minutes passed. Then ten. Then fifteen. Not a single server approached me. I watched as groups of teenagers, dressed in what I can only describe as a bizarre mix of gym clothes and pajama pants, walked right up to the counter and were handed trays of food without even placing an order. This must be one of those new-age, experimental "self-serve" restaurants where the staff expects you to just know how things work. A ridiculous concept, I might add. After realizing no one was coming to take my order, I approached the counter myself. I asked the woman behind the glass for a meatloaf special. She looked at me as if I had grown a second head and muttered, "Sir, are you supposed to be here?" Excuse me? Of course, I was supposed to be there--I was a paying customer! Or, at least, I would have been if anyone had the decency to accept my money. Instead of preparing my meal, the woman simply turned to her colleagues and whispered something. Seconds later, a tall, grumpy-looking man in a lanyard appeared and informed me that I "needed to leave immediately" because I was "not a student." At this point, I was irate. Not only was I being refused service, but I was being discriminated against for my age. I expressed my outrage, at which point I was told that if I didn't leave, they would have to "call security." SECURITY. For trying to order a simple meal. Before I could even protest, I was flanked by a man in a police uniform (clearly a poser) who proceeded to escort me off the premises as if I were some sort of common criminal. I shouted back that their customer service was abominable and that I would be leaving a scathing Yelp review. They did not seem concerned. Final thoughts: This restaurant is poorly managed, unwelcoming to older patrons, and incredibly disorganized. I will not be returning. The only redeeming factor? The food--what little I saw of it--looked slightly better than the slop they serve at the Yellowstone Juvenile Detention Center. Closing thoughts: I am deeply disappointed that I was removed from this establishment before I could even place an order. If anyone happens to be in the area, please inform the staff that I will NOT be silenced. And also, tell my wife to stop freezing the bread--it ruins the texture. Thank you.

I arrived and waited in the lobby for at least twenty minutes. No waiters OR staff came to show me to my table. That's when I noticed all the young people walking around. My skin crawled when I realized that I must have wandered into a "new age dining experience" for lazy millennials. How are hard working Americans like me supposed to EVER find good food in this city if every restaurant is reinventing the wheel... I swear, there were no waiters to seat me, no signs telling me where to find the dining area, and the decoration left a lot to be DESIRED. It looked like the owners had taken a rundown factory or prison, and repurposed it into a restaurant. I like that they kept so much of the building's old character and history. But it made me so lost as I wandered around the abandoned halls of this labyrinth. I swear, these young hot blooded libs don't know how to do anything right. I couldn't even tell that this place was a restaurant. I would suggest this place take notes from culinary titans like TGI Fridays or Denny's. They know how to treat a customer... After praying under a stairwell and scissor kicking someone's therapy dog, I found the dining area. I was also deeply relieved to find out that it was a BUFFET DINING experience!! ! The food was incredible, and can only be rivaled by the Yellowstone Women's Penitentiary. I was so overwhelmed by the delicious cuisine that I punched the floor, spilling my salisbury steak and carrots everywhere... I was shown out by a police officer. My wife Melinda and I will be purchasing our meals from this place using the new UBER EATS app from now on!!! Overall rating: 3.5/5 Closing thoughts: I'm still lost in the confusing halls of this building. PLEASE tell Melinda that my son is not allowed to eat any of the hot pockets that are in the garage. He knows this! THANK YOU!!!!!
