I had called another florist first but they acted like they didn't even care if they had my business or not, this attitude was put forth within the first 60 seconds of talking to the person. I'm glad I made an excuse to hang up and call Valley Florist because the attitude of Kim and the other person was like night and day. I will definitely use this florist again if I ever have a need.

That being said I needed to order flowers for someone so I went to their website to order them. It was extremely easy to order. They arrived on time and were just as lovely as my valentines day flowers. Not only that but the customer service was awesome too. They did not have a certain flower that was pictured so they called to let me know that and substituted something that turned out to be even nicer. Even though I live in Port Charlotte The Valley Florist Downtown in Arcadia is my new florist. Delivery charge included I got better flowers for my money than calling one of the online services. They should be your Florist too.
