An amazing bargain - they have a number of prepared hot dishes, and salads. Threre's also a "Mongolian BBQ" type situation which includes about 40% of the buffet areas. One can have salmon, octopus, squid, clams, beef, pork, chicken (these in different forms and sizes) and vegetables including red and green bell peppers (capsicum), clouds-ear fungus, bamboo shoots, onions, asparagus - I can't remember all, 'cause there's just too much to sample everything, even though I've been here twice. The price includes desserts (ice cream, puddding, fruit (including longan and arbutus), and yogurt. There's several types of sushi. The hot food includes the usual Chinese fried things, several dishes of potatoes. several preparations of meat.
The cold dishes included (sometimes) ceviche and other cephalopod dishes, some tasteless transparent shards that may be jellyfish, cabbage with anchovies. There's also a kind of shellfish that looks a bit like the kind the Romans and such used to get purple dye from (One may need a toothpick to get some of the creatures out and in the mouth.)
And another thing I never have ssen in s buffet is "ddeok" (that's the Korean name - this is Chinese dried rice cake, and I don't know what they call it... Anyway they have the reconstituted form which can be added to the plate to be fried.
Only recommendation I have re: the grilled food is: Ask for less salt, otherwise they may use more than you'd like, maybe a lot more....
