Brandon was my service tech. brought the car in. they looked it over. ordered the part. was to come to come back when the part came in. in and out in no time.. (somehow, someway, we all missed seeing that the USB's were missing. myself included. so came back. Brandon was out. so I dealt with Mike. from Brandon's team. both were very nice and knowledgeable. they get the part installed. I'm up and on my way in no time. I thought for sure I was going to get some song & dance about...well you've had the car for awhile now. we don't know what you could have done with it. no, none of that. they just acknowledged the fact the part was missing. ordered a new one. installed it. no charge for anything! everything was beautiful. the service department here is a pleasure to do business with. Do your research and read all the reviews on google and the BBB before purchasing anything from…read morethem. My boyfriend bought a 2014 Volkswagen, not even 24 hours later the EPC light came on. Dylan told us that they just did work on the timing chain and its a great car. Tony told us we could bring it back, he did an oil change. A few days later the light came back on as well as the check engine light. We contacted him again and asked him to pay the $250 warranty deductible, he wrote us a gag order and told us if he gave us the $250 we couldn't share the details of the sale or the "goodwill" with anyone. That was before I knew that the shop was going to charge us $1,500 to take apart the engine so the warranty could come look, and even then they may not approve the timing chain repair. We contacted Tony again, no resolution. We asked him if he could do the repair himself, take the car back, pay for the repair and he has declined all of those. He admitted he did work on the timing chain before selling it, but is denying there was no problems when he sold it, even though the problem started not even 24 hours after we bought it. By the looks of the other reviews, if you leave a bad one he will insult you, and leak your personal information. Also, he goes by "Josies Auto Sales" now, and hands out Wawa gift cards to leave a good review.

I'm guessing they had to change the name from Saldutti Car Corners to Josies Auto Sales due to all of the negative reviews.
