The person who took our orders was A+, he spoke english very well but you can hear laughter in the background. I guess everyone in the kitchen can hear over the mic. When we got home, took out the food and open the big mac box. The big mac had a bite in it and toss back in the box upside down. Someone in the kitchen took a big bite of the burger and put it in the box. It was clear that we were american, when we ordered. how repulsively disgusting, would never eat there again. Clearly there are issues that the manager or owner needs to address. Would advise anyone who values their money and cleanliness, never to go there. they should be shut down.

As I am ordering the food, he just repeats the order that he thinks I have ordered and leaves. I call him back and he barely repeats it and leaves. Later I see him speaking very politely in Arabic to an Arabic woman. If he is the owner, it's his business and he can treat people like shit and lose future business or if he is an employee then all I can say is in US, he will be fired on day one. If he is an employee, then I think he is taking advantage of German laws that prevent employers from firing him

We found this and thought "why not, it has good reviews." The food stood up to all the positive reviews, we both had the burrito bowls, design it yourself. Delicious! We planned our return trip from Italy to stop back in Innsbruck at exactly the time the restaurant would open for lunch. I would add that we preferred the beef to the pork for the burrito bowls, the pork was sweeter.
