The first breakfast catering was wrong. I had ordered a 4 parfaits that serves 10-12 as I was hosting 40+ people. The driver was in coat with me and was waiting for the parfait. When the order arrived it was missing the yogurt and granola but did have 4 berry bowls and 4 individual parfaits. I did immediately call and the initially offered to take half the cost off, I did not believe this to be fair as I had only received the fruit which if purchased separately would have been significantly less. After being on hold for a few min they were able to credit back an acceptable amount. They also recognized that I also had an upcoming lunch and they would make sure it was correct. Of course, some prices could be a tad bit cheaper, but that could easily be said for just about anything or anywhere! We've always had nothing but all-positive experiences and outstanding customer service at this location, with no snags or complaints whatsoever. Then she asked if I wanted the salted version or unsalted version and she confirmed that a shipment was scheduled to arrive tonight and would be available in the morning.
