You would come in, pick your site, let the ranger station know and you were done. Now, since a couple months ago, they changed it to where "a computer" would pick your site for your, which would be good if all the sites were the same, but they definitely are not! Some sites are paved, some are rock, some long or short, some easy to get into, some not. They basically took your choice away! Before, if you got here and all the "good" sites were taken, that's the luck of the draw. Both times since they changed to this I've had to ask to change the site, first time, I couldn't get into the site if I wanted to. Second time they put us in a site we definitely did not want. Now, they put up a sign no drinks in the edge of the pool, no exceptions! A lot of people go to the pool, stand at the side, drink whatever it is, chill and have a good time. So now that choice has been taken away. I can understand glass containers, glass and pools don't mix, so punish those people! We have loved this place for years, but it's getting to where we don't like coming here anymore. Some of the employees are nice, some not so much. Some of the employees seem extremely lazy and are just here to talk and play. Mean while, the speed limit is 5 mph, I've seen people doing I think around 25 or 30. People have their kids and dogs walking around the park and I haven't seen much to stop that. But standing around the pool drinking whatever and having a good time, the managers said shut it down! I really don't know what's happening here. Just think hard before buying a membership. The memberships can cost thousands of dollars and they can make changes anytime, whether you like it or not, and you either have to deal with it or get rid of it. They don't care what you think! Many sites flood during medium storms. Power is out multiple times of year even in small storms. The pool is at best OK some of the time. Customer service as of late is very low. Theft and lower caliper tenants that steel, use drugs, drink heavily are filling this place. TIME TO FIND A MORE RESPECTABLE PLACE TO STAY

Moved my family there knowing it was more expensive then most places but was fooled by the advertising on the website, offering all these "amenities" that were never available or weren't there to begin with. When I asked the management to help find a solution to the lost amenities I got excuses and attitude in response like it was our fault and to later see them driving around golf carts honking and laughing with their friends instead of fixing any of the amenities. I've never left a bad review on any business before, so I'll leave it straight here's a pros and cons list, because there are some pros. Hope my family's experience is a rarity. Pros: -concrete lots -decent size lots -pool/hot tub -dog park -gated Cons: -Little to no fish in "fishing pond" with several dozen+ dead and dying at the bank. -Laundromat isn't functional when there is one machine for 100 lots. -Showers are often locked with nobody in there, never was able to use it. -WiFi never worked during the entirety of our stay. -Directly backs to I-45=very noisy and constant; can't even have a conversation outside. -Rude management. -Expensive

I go at 6:30 to do loads of laundry because I have my grand daughter. There was another man doing his laundry as well. My baby is laughing and dancing to Rachel when this big black haired man who I have never seen before and mind you my husband and I have enjoyed this place for over a year. We are never late on any payments we never have company or take company swimming. We power wash our rv when asked. So how should I handle this big black haired man who is staggering around the place griping really loudly. He approaches me and says the place closes at 9 and how dare I still be there. Mind you last I heard the place was open all night. It always has been but either way I can smell the alcohol reaking from his breath and he's talking to me like he would his girlfriend he was verbally assaulting. He talked so ugly that he had my baby crying. I had to leave the place with wet clothes that now stink and 2 ladies approached me and helped me because I was shaking so bad. I suffer from ctptsd and im shaking now writing this. He was so scary and volatile. Should I have called the police. I dont want to move but this man who I dont know cant go around treating women like garbage and scaring babies. And make up my mind on when your open because we need restrooms and showers at night as well.
