I really didn't have that much to pay because I have to pay rent and the clerk said there was nothing he could do, that's the only way he could reset the pump. I should of just paid at the pump and had my bank hold $100 dollars and ran the risk of being scammed. They offered no solution to anything, they didn't even know how to operate their own equipment and I had to pay for it! I would never go to this trash bucket gas station ever again in my life!

I've only stopped in for gas and a quick treat on each visit I've made here, so I can't speak to the repair shop; but the prices for gas are pretty good compared to other stations in the Hartford area and the convenience store has a nice selection of drinks and sweet treats to pick from. There's a great selection of drinks with an entire wall of coolers stocked well with every kind of cold drink you can think of. I discovered an amazing flavored sparkling water here and am officially addicted to it now. I go here sometimes just to get it either to or from work--and no, I don't have [too much of] a problem. There's also a coffee bar with small miniature shelves filled with baked goods to accompany your coffee. The only thing I wish they had was more salty or savory snacks. I had a hankering for pretzels when I stopped in one time and couldn't find any (other than if they were in a small sweet snack mix); I did without them as I had my brilliant sparkling water. Other than that, this small shop and station has your essentials and the staff is really friendly and efficient, too. I'm always in and out within minutes, even with a sizable line forming as I grab several bottles of my water to go. The gas station is an easy in and out if you are getting off of I-84. If you are heading towards I-84, use the gas station on your side of the road. The station was clean, as was the interior. I went to the bathroom right when I entered the store, and after approx 3-5 mins, the older woman comes into the bathroom and tells me to get out, that I'd been in there long enough. Meanwhile I had gotten my period, had to put a tampon in, use baby wipes, and had to sanitize my hands. I had to rummage through my bag for all these items so it took some time, but not nearly enough time for her to come in and start harassing me. I apologized from inside the stall and told her I got my period and was only there for 5 mins. She goes "that's a lie" and I said no, I just walked in here 5 mins ago. When I walked out she was still standing there with the door open and I asked her if she was an employee and she said yes. I apologized again but told her I got my period and had to clean up before leaving. I barely had time to wash my hands or even look in the mirror either. My boyfriend made us coffees and put them on the counter to check out, but I was in the bathroom with our card so he said he had to go to the bathroom and went into the men's bathroom which was right next to mine. He was in there for literally 30 seconds when the same woman came in and said she wanted to check to see what he was doing. She left, and about 7 mins later, sent the shift leader (a male) into the bathroom this time. BIG MISTAKE. The employee asked him what he was doing in there and told him to hurry up. My boyfriend exited the bathroom a few minutes later and exploded on the employees saying he was taking a s*** and didn't need to be questioned or forced out of the bathroom. We were both paying customers, and they had no right to barge into the bathrooms so soon after we entered them. I have never used the bathroom there once, and was shocked by the entire thing. I am always fast in the bathroom, and never had anyone rush me out like that. Not to mention, there are two stalls in the women's bathroom, so there was no need to rush me. We both felt extremely disrespected and angry because we hadn't done anything wrong. The guy told my boyfriend to hurry up because others' needed to use the bathroom when we were the ONLY ONES IN THE STORE. They told me that they had to have a time limit on the bathrooms for all customers and I told them their time limit was way too short and unfair, that I got my period and had to clean myself in order to deal with the situation.
