This particular employee is extremely rude, unprofessional, very disrespectful and he claim to be the owner of the 7 Eleven. Last time I reported was about a month ago and I was ignored. This is why now I am writing to you. I am an 7 Eleven member. I went to pick items few times a day. Tonight, when I went there, the white employee, about 5'9 with glasses, late 40s or early 50s years old guy said to me to get the fuc* out of the store... I parked my car near the store for literally a min. There is other customers who parked their cars there and I even saw a delivery truck parked there. But for some reason he pointed me out and targeted me individually to take his anger out. I picked up my bag from the counter and I kindly asked the employee "am I all set". He rolled his eye and rudely said "I gave you the bag right, get going". Again politely, I mentioned why me, why you only like that towards me. Last time I came here you told me the machine is not working. And someone else came after me then some how the machine started working but I let that go. But today I wanted to ask him "why me, what did I do to be treated in such way...? While I was leaving, he kept looking at me like he was going to jump the counter and swing at me and as soon I step out of the main door, he started saying get the fuc* out of here and other things.. it was embarrassing enough for the other customers their to witness that, plus as a 7 Eleven member I felt like I was not should be treated in such way. I prefer to go there because it's on my way from work and home. From now on I will go out of my way to a different location because of this rude employee. They certainly have a good variety of all kids of basics. I'll go to the Walgreens pharmacy for a prescription if I ever need one. The process of picking up the prescription has always been smooth and painless. I've also used their photo service many times through the years, if you ever want photos printed to be framed, or for a classroom project, they do a great job in a variety of sizes. The photos are usually ready for pickup within the same day. It is very easy to order what you need through their app or on their website. I've also used their drive through to get a covid test. They offer rapid and PCR testing. This is also really nicely organized, as long as you schedule your time slot on their website. This is a good pharmacy that offers some services that are very well organized and efficient. Going on their website or app helps get timely reminders.

She said that all I had to do was inform the staff of my disability and they would take care of me at the drive thru. That was something any of their staff would be happy to do. Well she doesn't know her staff very well. Today they adamantly refused repeatedly to help me. I had to walk in on my fractured foot. The pharmacy tech deferred my complaint to the pharmacist covering this location today. He explained how difficult it was for the pharmacy tech to walk from the service counter to the window repeatedly. I laughed and told him I could understand that considering the boot I have to wear to be able to walk.

But that's a corporate change. Only negative about this location's pharmacy specifically is that there is no drive through, and the line goes down the cold and flu aisle. I hate standing in line waiting to pick up my meds while people who are sick and coming to pick out cold meds are standing and coughing around you. The line should go down a different aisle . The line also moves VERY slowly as one of the men who works the pharmacy register is very very slow. I often use a different CVS pharmacy when I can.
