crab legs on a plate
Jenny N.

A group of us went. There was 6 of us in total that went. We probably should have figured something was wrong when we pulled in and there was hardly any parking. We all paid for the seafood buffet except one. First let's give the non seafood buffet opinion. The steak was over cooked the macaroni and cheese was soggy and over cooked too. There was no real flavor to the food. The cheesecake tasted like jello no bake cheesecake. Now seafood. The shrimp was a joke, there was more bread than shrimp it was very rubbery and some hard. The crab legs were good the best part of the whole buffet however it wasn't worth the price. For $35 a person, a drink should come with the buffet. We paid close to $6 for 2 teas. However there was a good part we did have very good service. Our waitress was always there and smiling ready to please. In the end the crab legs were the best food and the service was good but not for what we paid. The buffet was over priced and not worth the money charged. If you want good crab legs though and money isn't an option this place is ok.

Great buffet but go hungry to make it worth the cost. Crab legs awesome, some of the other buffet offerings over cooked and lacking flavor. If you like crab legs you'll be in heaven.

When even the dessert doesn't taste good... that's a red flag nothing to even dip the crab legs in except for some butter , ain't no flavor

This place was ok. My kids didn't really want to eat anything. But they are picky eaters. It was a bit pricey to.

Terrible. Definitely not worth the $12 you're going to spend at lunch. Mediocre Buffett. Nothing fresh. Overcooked. Not good.

From the moment you walk in, the vibe is warm, colorful, and welcoming--think beachy charm with a touch of artsy personality. The staff are genuinely friendly and attentive without being overbearing, which sets the tone for a relaxed, enjoyable meal. The food is where this place really shines. Breakfast and brunch are standouts, with creative twists on classics. The French toast is thick, fluffy, and perfectly sweet, while the omelets are loaded with fresh ingredients and cooked just right. Their baked goods--especially the muffins and pastries--taste homemade in the best possible way. If you stop by for lunch, the sandwiches and wraps are equally impressive, packed with flavor and generously portioned. Coffee lovers won't be disappointed either--their brews are rich and smooth, pairing perfectly with the menu. Everything feels thoughtfully prepared, not rushed or mass-produced. What really elevates Andy's Flour Power is the consistency. Whether you're a first-timer or a regular, you can count on great food, a laid-back atmosphere, and service that makes you feel like part of the community. If you're anywhere near Panama City Beach, this is absolutely worth a stop--especially for a slow, satisfying breakfast that sets the tone for the rest of your day.

Overall, a nice place to grab a bite of breakfast. We had a party of ten on a Saturday morning, and…read morehad to wait around 30 minutes. Once we sat down, our server was on it. Food came out quickly. I had the biscuits and gravy and a side of home fries. The biscuit was dry, but the gravy had a nice taste. I would have appreciated more gravy for the size of biscuits. The home fries had a nice flavor to them as well. What I was really impressed with and don't see often is the manager (owner?) going around to EVERY table asking how things were and if anyone needed anything. In this day and age, I'm impressed by this level of involvement with patrons.

Even though the restaurant was packed, our server was attentive, checked on us frequently, and kept everything moving at just the right pace. As soon as we were ready for the next course, it arrived. We never had to wait long for anything. The food was outstanding. I ordered the Parmesan-crusted flounder, and it was cooked perfectly. The Parmesan crust was thin, delicate, and packed with flavor without overwhelming the fish. The flounder itself was tender, flaky, and cut effortlessly. The butter sauce was beautifully emulsified, with a rich buttery flavor and the perfect consistency. I also added a side salad, and I honestly thought they had brought me an entrée because it was so large. It was well worth the $5. It was loaded with toppings, generously dressed, and was an excellent salad in its own right. The red beans and rice were very good as well. They were well seasoned with a thick, flavorful sauce. It had become a little clumpy in a few spots, but the flavor more than made up for it. My only real disappointment was the wine list. The selection was quite limited, and most of the wines by the glass retail for under $10 a bottle, with even those being fairly basic choices. At around $8.50 per glass, the pricing is reasonable for a restaurant, but the quality of the wines doesn't quite justify ordering them. Overall, we had a great experience. Between the excellent service and delicious food, they've definitely won us over, and we'll be back again.
