Since I officially nominated them as my attorney for this case just a day before my court date (not mandatory appearance) they were able to postpone the date. I had to transfer the fees online via Paypal and got instant acknowledgment from Kim that the payments were received. Today was hearing on my case and as promised they were able reduce the points (to zero) with a penalty. As soon as hearing was done in the court, Attorney France called me on my cell and left a voicemail. He again called me back on my office phone to let me know the hearing and outcome in person to give first hand information. I am very happy that everything in my case went smooth. Once received notification from a collection agency identifying this same fact , which in every sense of the word stated; it gives them the ability to never view your letters with importance,documents that aggressively cite law and legal terms with litigious intentions seriously. However it's considered laughable by many agencies do to my experience, yes appearing knowledgeable with what to say, but yet stupid to send a supposedly legal documentation without it being notorize nor signed with a wet signature of your own. Yet we scream for creditors to present a wet signature of ours as well? No matter what anyone tells you or how polished their excuses they believe themselves because its in their best interest or fits perfectly for their bottom line $$....just know it's absolutely not good in anyway to not have a record of your own or in your best interest to have paper work sent any where with out it properly being, "dressed to be addressed," To me that kind of process is just time consuming and cost you money every month, as the deductions from your account nor debt card continues for consecutive months that could have took only one month if it was done correctly on the first attempt? All the money we spend do to being lazy or just uneducated to credit law or simply spoiled by individuals doing what we choose not to do for ourselves is only problem we really have. Please question why you not getting your paperwork certified and stamped with a notary for the $64 that only cost you nothing doing it yourself ?(with already prepared documents?) Exactly $12 for Certified mail return receipt / and only cheaper for regular certified mail confirmation of delivery. Apprx: $6. Lesson Learn!!!
