Working together with her excellent communication has been a wonderful experience. We have been with Southgroup Insurance-Gulf Coast for 3 years now and are thrilled with the professionalism and personal care. Switching over was the best decision we have made with our insurance needs. From learning what services are offered to insurance terms, Tammy has taught us the understanding of the process better than we ever knew before with our previous providers. We trust that she gets as many quotes as possible for comparison to save us money and get the services we need. She explains any quotes from what we are reading to what we are signing before signing any document. Confirming any changes we may have has always been important to her and we appreciate that as well. We always know when she will be out and who we can contact if we have any concerns while she is out, but we usually wait because we feel so secure with her. She answers our emails and voicemails either within minutes or by the end of the day. Any of our questions that the carriers are needed for, she works on it immediately and keeps us posted if there is any delay on the carrier's side. We are greatly pleased with the service from Tammy and feel like family with the care she puts into her professionalism! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to let me know. Email is my best way of communication because I am part time and will get back within a few days to a week. Thank you! TRISH OWEN

I called…read moreseveral companies and Bailey Insurance Agency was the first to return my phone call with quotes on my house, cars and my boat. All of the prices beat State Farms rates and so I made an appointment to go speak to them. When I first got there the CSR, Kelli, greeted me and was very friendly. I only had to wait for a minute before I saw the agent, Nicole Andrews. From here my experience got better. She explained everything to me and pointed out some things that I didn't even know I didn't have on my State Farm poilicies. She was very easy to talk to. While I was there the owner came in and introduced herself to me and thanked me for coming in. I was so surprised at how easy the transition was to move all of my policies. They took care of all of the paperwork and even sent over cancellation letters to my State Farm agent. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a local agent who takes the personal time with you like you are there only customer! All I can say is that Nationwide is on my side for sure! Greg Cunill
